My story really began the moment I started to meet my own needs.
Through 1:1 mentoring, resources and blog posts, I help soulful women to break free from limitation, come alive in their truth and live from a place of worthiness by sharing practical, spiritual and emotional tools for living life heart-first.
You’re here because you’re ready to follow the whisper of your heart telling you there’s a more simple and gentle way.
OUR PROMISE
While there can be overlap, my work is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. Rather than diagnosing or treating mental illness, our work focuses on helping you reconnect with your body, your nervous system, and your inner wisdom. Together we’ll explore the patterns, protective strategies, and experiences that may be keeping you from living fully in the present. Many of my clients continue working with their therapist while we work together. I see coaching as a complementary space where insight becomes lived experience.
OUR PROMISE
Start to tell your story. You’ve been where you are now. How did you get out of it? And how can they overcome their struggles to reach their goals.

the reviews
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from coaching. In fact, many of the women I work with are incredibly self-aware. They’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, spent years in therapy, and understand why they feel the way they do. Yet they still find themselves repeating the same patterns. Perhaps you notice yourself people pleasing, overthinking, losing yourself in relationships, struggling to trust your own voice, or feeling disconnected from your body. Maybe you’ve experienced grief or trauma and sense that while your mind understands what happened, your body is still carrying it. If you’re longing for a gentler, more embodied way of healing—one that helps you feel safe, connected, and deeply at home within yourself—coaching may be the next step.
No two sessions are exactly the same because no two nervous systems are the same. Some days we may gently explore an emotional experience that’s present. Other days we might work with the sensations arising in your body, connect with younger parts of yourself, explore relationship dynamics, or practice nervous system regulation together. There is no expectation to “perform” healing. We move at the pace your nervous system can genuinely integrate.

FOUNDATIONS OF MY WORK

Polyvagal Theory (nervous system regulation & co-regulation)
Embodiment Practices (connecting mind, body & spirit)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) (working with inner parts)
Parts Work & Inner Child Healing (integrating the fragmented self)
Somatic Psychology (body-based approaches to healing)
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (trauma resolution through somatic awareness)
Post-Traumatic Growth & Resilience (transforming pain into power)
That I can trust myself. That there is wisdom in the body long before the mind has words for it. That I don’t have to make something beautiful out of everything that hurts. That life can break your heart and still be worth loving. And that sometimes the bravest thing we can do is let ourselves want again.
Long mornings with nowhere to be. Writing things I’m a little afraid to say out loud. Being in nature. Beautiful spaces. Good conversations that go somewhere real. Learning more about the body and why we are the way we are. Ritual. Poetry. Music. And becoming increasingly uninterested in separating all the different parts of who I am.
That the body is incredibly intelligent. That healing doesn’t mean leaving behind what we’ve loved. That two seemingly opposite things can be true at the same time. That women deserve lives that actually feel like their own. And that there is something sacred about being witnessed without someone trying to fix you.
Putting a positive spin on things that simply hurt. Silver linings that arrive before they’re invited. Pretending everything happens for a reason. Bypassing what hurts. Advice when what someone really needs is to be heard. Performing a version of yourself that keeps everyone else comfortable. And any version of healing that asks us to abandon ourselves along the way.
Morning walks. Journaling before the world gets too loud. Something warm to drink. Meditation. Red light and a little time tending to my body. Music playing somewhere in the house. Getting outside whenever I can. Dinner with my family. Evening walks. Reading, writing, noticing. And finding small ways to make ordinary life feel sacred.

I BELIEVE
That the body is incredibly intelligent. That healing doesn’t mean leaving behind what we’ve loved. That two seemingly opposite things can be true at the same time. That women deserve lives that actually feel like their own. And that there is something sacred about being witnessed without someone trying to fix you.
I’M NOT ABOUT
Putting a positive spin on things that simply hurt. Silver linings that arrive before they’re invited. Pretending everything happens for a reason. Bypassing what hurts. Advice when what someone really needs is to be heard. Performing a version of yourself that keeps everyone else comfortable. And any version of healing that asks us to abandon ourselves along the way.

I’M LEARNING
That I can trust myself. That there is wisdom in the body long before the mind has words for it. That I don’t have to make something beautiful out of everything that hurts. That life can break your heart and still be worth loving. And that sometimes the bravest thing we can do is let ourselves want again.
